Refund policy

At JADS, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully check all products before dispatch to ensure the best quality.

Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting us via:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with the box and label intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Items purchased during sale or promotion

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the case.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
